Change log 4/11/17

Hello again fellow Zoogies! Notice anything different?   

Here are all of the changes that have been made today:

• Changed the background of the default forum theme. While many of you may not approve of the change, I believe it was necessary. We had a background that was too small, causing the background to be "tiled" and there was a watermark. The new background fits the screen and is not watermarked, giving off a more professional look.
  
• Changed the logo. We don't want to represent DeviantART, especially after the first battle of the Zoogie-Zoongie War.
  
• Added Zoogie Council group. All council members, besides me, get a yellow name to indicate their council status.
  
• Removed some old announcements since we are no longer helping Biogoji with his war and added a new announcement.
  

Once again, it's just a few minor changes but hopefully you'll all enjoy them!

Nice! I have to say though that some Die Hard Zooger fans may be enraged though

I think most members will enjoy the changes but I wouldn't surprised if someone doesn't like them.

I knew the background looked off. Not bad though. Still, instead of removing announcements that no one reads, why not remove the stupid word counter?

Alright, I fixed what you could not, Flames. Word Counter is fixed and working properly.
